This policy explains what information Nourvia LLC ("Nourvia", "we", "us") collects through nourviahealth.com and its waitlist, and how we use it. This policy covers this website and the waitlist only.

What Nourvia is today

Nourvia currently runs an informational website and a waitlist for therapists and other professionals. Nourvia's practice software is still in development and isn't available yet. It isn't a production clinical platform: there are no therapist or client accounts, and we don't collect, store or process client or patient health information. Product previews on this website show fictional people and information.

Please don't send us health information

This website and waitlist aren't designed to receive health information or information about therapy clients. Please don't include any client or patient details in the waitlist form or in emails to us.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, you give us:

• your first name and work email address;
• your role, and if you choose to share them, your main specialty and practice size;
• whether you'd be open to an optional research interview about your workflow.

When you sign up and when you confirm your email, our email provider, MailerLite, also records details of those steps, such as the date and time, the IP address used and the form you signed up through. [CHECK: confirm against a subscriber's profile in MailerLite]

When you visit the site, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.

Confirming your signup

When you submit the waitlist form, MailerLite sends you an email asking you to confirm your address. While double opt-in is turned on, which it is today, you're added to the waitlist only after you click the confirmation link. If you don't confirm, you won't receive waitlist emails. Unconfirmed signups are deleted as described under "How long we keep it".

How we use it

• to send you product updates about Nourvia, including when early access opens;
• if you ticked the box, to invite you to an optional research interview about your workflow;
• to understand interest from different types of practices, using the role, specialty and practice size you share.

We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

Optional research interviews

We haven't held any research interviews yet. If you said you're open to one and we invite you, this is how we plan to handle it:

• Taking part is voluntary. You can say no, or stop at any time.
• Before the interview, we'll tell you that we take written notes.
• We take written notes only. We don't record audio or video.
• We'll ask you not to share any information that could identify a client or patient.
• Interview notes will be stored securely, with access limited to authorized Nourvia personnel.
• You can ask us to delete your interview information by emailing support@nourviahealth.com.

We plan to keep interview notes that identify you for 90 days after your interview, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or applicable law requires otherwise. We may keep nonidentifying, aggregated product insights from interviews separately. Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the website and waitlist:

• MailerLite stores the waitlist and sends our emails (MailerLite privacy policy).
• Cloudflare hosts and secures this website (Cloudflare privacy policy).

These providers may process information in the United States and other countries. [Lawyer to confirm international transfer wording] We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep confirmed waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until 12 months after Nourvia's public launch, whichever comes first, unless applicable law requires us to keep it longer. We delete signups that are never confirmed about 30 days after the signup.

We remove unsubscribed, unconfirmed and expired records from MailerLite within 30 days of the event that triggers deletion. Our email provider, MailerLite, then completes the permanent deletion from its systems within a further 30 days. [ATTORNEY REVIEW: proposed retention. Your choices and rights

• Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing support@nourviahealth.com. We'll respond within 30 calendar days, or sooner if applicable law requires. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address you signed up with, so we don't share or delete someone else's information. [ATTORNEY REVIEW: proposed procedure]

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for professionals and isn't directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above, and we'll tell waitlist members about significant changes by email.
